News: 2 April 2020
Easter is just around the corner and we have the perfect activity to get you in the Easter spirit – a “Leuk the Duck” colouring competition where you can win a prize!
The prizes up for grabs are some Easter hampers, filled to the brim with delicious Easter eggs. These hampers have been kept in isolation for 14 days, so are very safe and sterile.
The competition will be divided into four categories:
- Kids aged between 0-4 years
- Kids aged between 5-12 years
- Anybody over 12 years (including Challenge parents)
- The freehand category (for those who cannot print the attached colouring sheet, but would like to try draw their best copy of it)
Not only will you be able practice your best colouring skills (inside the lines of course!), but you can send in a 20 second video of yourself explaining why you coloured “Leuk the Duck” a certain way. Maybe you can talk about how you have tried to channel Van Gogh through your colouring or maybe you want to talk us through why you have selected certain shades for your masterpiece – whatever it is, we want to hear it!
Each day in the lead up to Easter, we will share one of the videos sent to us, which will hopefully inspire your creativity!
To enter both your video and colouring sheet into the competition, please send them through to David Rogers at david@challenge.org.au. Also, feel free to share your pictures on Instagram with the tag @challengecancer.
The competition will close on Wednesday 8 April 2020 at 8pm. Winners will be announced Thursday 9 April 2020 at 10am on the Challenge Facebook page, with the winners being contacted directly.
