Leaving behind the hustle and bustle of Melbourne, our Challenge campers journeyed to the tranquil and rustic town of Cohuna.
From feeding calves and milking cows to cosying up by the fire with afternoon tea, our crew embraced the simple joys of the country.
The adventure kicked up a notch as the Kerang Car Club whisked us away in classic cars for a day of fun at Barham Golf Club, followed by thrilling 4WD escapades with Brooke, the amazing coordinator of this camp, and her family. We eagerly cast our fishing lines into the creek hoping for bites, but the fish were too smart for the city slickers. An outdoor cinema under the stars made for a perfect end to the day.
The final morning brought even more excitement as the Cohuna Fire Brigade let us handle the hoses!
A heartfelt thanks to Brooke, her family and volunteers, and the incredible Cohuna and surrounding communities for organising so many wonderful experiences, making this camp unforgettable. Every moment spent at the camp adds to our treasure trove of memories, and we can’t wait to return! 💛
