It is common for parents of a child living with cancer to forget their own needs not just as individuals, but as a couple too. Naturally, all energy and attention is directed towards their sick child and consequently, the relationship between parents can suffer.
The Challenge ‘Date Night’ program helps and encourages parents to prioritise their relationship needs by offering them an opportunity to spend some quality time together as a couple. This program gives couples a chance to have a night out without having to think about the organisation and cost, allowing them to focus on themselves in a relaxed environment.
‘Date Night’ has the support of some major restaurants located in Melbourne where couples are given the chance to be wined and dined for the night. Challenge can also organise babysitting if required.
