Through the support of Brooke Southern – a Challenge member – and the Cohuna community, we were able to launch the inaugural Cohuna Camp in August of 2015. Since then, the camp has only continued to flourish.
This camp provides our 8 – 12-year-old members with an opportunity to experience many different aspects of country life amongst a very tight-knit, kind and caring community. Activities include scavenger hunts, helicopter rides, fishing, a ropes course, petting zoo and much more.
The camp is made possible thanks to an annual fundraising event – known as ‘A Night to Remember’ – organised by Brooke each year, where all funds raised go towards the running of this camp. ‘A Night to Remember’ is held in memory of three beautiful souls – Thomas, Hayden and Brooke’s sister Rebecca.
