Challenge is a non-profit organisation which was established in 1983 to provide children living with cancer and other life-threatening blood disorders with the opportunity to put their illness aside and interact with other children in similar circumstances.

Our organisation offers services for our families 365 days a year, which include camps, family activities, hospital and parent support, art and music therapy, financial support, holiday accommodation and an extensive ticketing program.

The Challenge office, known as Challenge House, is conveniently located near the Royal Children's Hospital (RCH) in West Melbourne and is within walking distance to Melbourne's CBD.

Officially opened by Victorian Premier Steve Bracks in 2004, Challenge House was purchased with the vision of developing a multi-purpose education and support space, providing access to information and services regarding childhood cancer and other life-threatening blood disorders.
