Teen Night

Challenge provides an opportunity for our teenage members, including brothers and sisters, to meet and hang out with people their own age who are also going through a cancer journey.

The transition to teenage years is always a struggle, but it can be made even more difficult when living with cancer. The time spent in hospital can leave a teenager feeling lonely and isolated.

We plan fun and unique events especially tailored towards our teenage members, which can be either on the ward or within the community. Activities have included ten-pin bowling, a cooking night with Matt Preston and a fashion shoot with Myer model Kris Smith.

Food and drinks are provided for the teens and Challenge also offers a chance for the parents of those attending to get together and enjoy a meal.
