Get pumped because Challenge and KTM, along with the Victorian State Motorcycling Sports Complex - Broadford, bring you the 2010 KTM Ride 4 Kids motocross event on Sunday 29rd of August.
The KTM Ride 4 Kids raises vital funds for Challenge, an organisation that provides programs and services to give kids with cancer the best possible chance to nail every turn on the road to recovery.
Date: Sunday 29th August 2010
Time: 9am – 5pm (Gates open at 7.30am)
Venue: State Motorcycle Sports Complex, 280 Strathcreek Rd, Broadford
Ride 4 Kids is a full day of action-packed dirt biking where participants can opt to ride in either motocross or enduro events, whilst having heaps of fun in a non-competitive environment. Continuous riding sessions will take place throughout the day, starting from 50cc junior right through to novice all powers and the open class thumping 525 big bores. All sessions are an open practice format and NOT a race!
There will also be raffles, BBQ’s and heaps of great prizes to be won, not to mention guest appearances on the track by some of Australia’s best Pro riders.
Entry fee is just $45 for pre-event registration and $55 on the day, with funds going directly to Challenge. This year you can also register to ride in both motocross and enduro disciplines for $70 per class and all entries are fully tax deductible.
Riders can help Challenge further by participating in a sponsor program to raise additional funds. The three riders who raise the most money for Challenge in each of the combined motorcycle classes will be rewarded with some great prizes from our sponsors and the overall highest fundraiser will win a 2011 KTM 350 SX-F thanks to KTM Australia.
Note: Riders do not need a competition/race license to participate on the day, as a non-competition license can be purchased on the day for $20.
